Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website. They do not replace the written work agreement you sign for a specific job, which controls that job.

Estimates

Estimates provided through this site or on a property visit are based on what is visible at the time. Conditions that cannot be seen from the ground, such as buried utilities, or hazards revealed once work begins, may change the scope. If that happens we stop and discuss it with you before continuing. You will not receive a bill for work you did not agree to.

An estimate is not a contract. Work begins after a written agreement is signed by both parties.

Scheduling and weather

Lawn and landscape work depends on conditions. We may reschedule for wind, lightning, or ground too soft to carry equipment without damaging your property. We will tell you as early as we can.

After a storm, snow and ice work is prioritized by access. During widespread events, scheduled lawn and landscape work may be delayed.

Property access and preparation

You are responsible for identifying private underground utilities such as irrigation, invisible fencing, septic laterals, and low voltage lighting, and for clearing vehicles and personal property from the work area. Public utilities are located through the state one call service where required.

Permits and permissions

You are responsible for confirming that you own or control the property in question and for any HOA approval.
